interactive and compelling web-based
courses, conducted by live instructors. The

organization was to improve the gender
equality of their member nations. In order
to support this cultural change, training
was created that was sensitive to the values
of a diverse range of cultures. The result

applications in days instead of weeks. As
part of their new loan origination system,
we created instructor-led courses that

This client was implementing a home-grown
ERP at multiple international locations. The
challenge was to create just-in-time
training for all the different roles of the
organization, including those with limited
computer experience. The solution was to
create training and interactive simulations
that were actually built in to the ERP
application.

Client was implementing a new enterprise
portal platform to reduce the vast number of
individual web sites across their enterprise
and combine them into one portal. We
designed and developed three technical
courses for the owners and builders of new
portal communities. Content focused on how
to build and use “gadgets” to collect,
format and present data from existing sites
for the community members. The result was a
drastic reduction in the number of days
needed to identify and track pertinent
research.

During the implementation of a complete
back-office system for its movie theatres,
the client felt it was critical to ensure a
smooth implementation and avoid any
unnecessary shutdowns or customer
satisfaction issues. The key was to make
sure their staff was prepared for the
changes in their day to day processes, and
understood why the new system was being
implemented. We created a movie to showcase
the benefits of the new system. In order to
appeal to and keep the attention of a young
workforce, we incorporated humorous
“factoids” in MTV-like pop-ups, and designed
the movie for the big screen. The result was
that employees understood the benefits of
the new system, were eager to learn, and
were more tolerant of problems along the
way.

blended learning solution to train new help
desk employees. The training solution
included both on-line learning and
