allowed users to access the information
that was most relevant to them. Users
were guided through the course and
provided critical action plan process
information. The
result was a significant reduction in the
number of face-to-face meetings needed to
establish and gain approval on departmental
disaster plans. This learning model was
replicated in their numerous other
international locations.
