One of the core initiatives for this global
organization was to improve
the gender equality of their member nations.
In order to support this cultural change, training
was created that was sensitive to the values of a diverse range
of cultures. The result was a large increase
in awareness of the organization’s core
philosophy of equality and understanding and
of how members can contribute to the change.
