Europe and the US, the client was migrated
from traditional classroom courses to
instruction utilizing Virtual Instructor-led
Training (vILT). Outsourced instructors
were taught effective vILT techniques.
Instructional Designers re-purposed existing
Instructor-led (ILT) content into
interactive and compelling web-based
courses, conducted by live instructors. The
result was a 70% reduction in training cost
per student.
